Rules for recipients of the Bet-On-Agreement VAM-Contract scholarship created by the Beacon Project Platform in detail:
The scholarship contract is legally binding and cannot be revoked, except in cases of illegal or fraudulent behavior.
If funds are raised from the public, 18% of the funds will be donated to 18 charitable funds of the Beacon Project, with each charity receiving an average of 1%. This donation serves as a service fee for the Scholarship Dot Fund platform as a public charity project.
For funds raised from the public, the minimum lock-in period for the bet-on-agreement is six months, which can be extended up to 18 months for flexible lock-in. For contracts where funds are raised from a single donor, the lock-in period of the donor-advised scholarship funds is typically 12 months. Donations can be kept for up to 10 years, and scholarships are non-revocable.
